Sandy Baggott, BS, RDH, OMT

Like many Myofunctional Therapists, my journey began out of personal necessity—my daughter needed care. She had a tongue tie that required a frenectomy and myofunctional therapy. Through learning how to support her, I discovered a passion for this work and now find great fulfillment in helping others on their own healing journeys.

I began my journey at the University of Central Oklahoma, where I played college volleyball. After finding my passion in healthcare, I became a dental hygienist and have been practicing since 2013. In 2021, we moved to Ohio for my husband’s job at the Air Force Base, and now proudly call it home. Our two daughters attend the University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University.

My family and I love the outdoors—hiking, kayaking, biking, and exploring the beautiful National Parks with our Husky and Dalmatian. We’re big sports fans, now cheering for the Bearcats, Buckeyes, and Bengals, while still staying true to the OKC Thunder, Oklahoma State Cowboys, and South Carolina Gamecocks during college football season.
